Professional Experience
Carefully planned pre-production is the key to satisfying video production and is the foundation of Catherine’s work.  By collaborating with her client, together, they develop a solid program outline, and key points emerge as the basic structure of the video. Frequently a client will come with video footage already taped.  In this case, Catherine works with her client to develop an editing approach and narrative that weaves the video footage into a cohesive, informative program.  See Programs and Client Quotes.

Catherine is currently using the Canon HD-XA1 camera, videotaping and editing in HD format. She also uses Sony lavaliere and wireless microphones. Her specialties are in documentaries, educational videos, environmental videos, vocational videos, how-to videos, and videos for non-profit organizations.
